2. Hosting and delivery of the site

The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect it, in particular your IP address, the date and time and the page requested. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.

3. No cookies or tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts or scripts.

4. Waiting list

If you sign up, we store your email address, your language, your interest, the date and the consent text you accepted. Purpose: to notify you of the launch. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, in SOVIQ's account. We delete it when you withdraw your consent or, at the latest, 12 months after the launch.

5. Contact by email

If you write to hola@soviq.systems, the message is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Limited) and we use it only to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry) or Art. 6(1)(b) if it relates to a contract. We delete the message when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Write to us at hola@soviq.systems. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
